All prints sold through this shop are limited edition fine art prints produced from original oil paintings by Christopher Watson. Each print is:

• Individually signed and hand-numbered by the artist
• Produced using Giclée printing on archival rag paper
• Made to order — not held in stock
• A numbered edition; once an edition sells out it will not be reprinted

Colors on screen may vary slightly from the physical print due to monitor calibration and the natural appearance of archival paper stock.

All prices are listed in US dollars and include the cost of the print. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $150 qualify for complimentary shipping within the contiguous United States.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Affirm, Cash App Pay, and bank transfers where available. Your card is charged at the time of order.

Because every print is produced to order, please allow 5–7 business days for production before shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping times vary by destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly before placing your order.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not happy with your print for any reason, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund — your choice.

To initiate a return:

• Contact us at support@velopaintings.com with your order details
• We will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you
• Return the print in its original packaging in undamaged condition
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt

Prints that have been damaged by the customer after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

All paintings, images, and written content on this site are the exclusive property of Christopher Watson. All rights are reserved.

Purchasing a print grants you the right to display it privately or in a commercial space. It does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any image on this site without prior written permission from the artist.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velo Paintings and Christopher Watson shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any product purchased here.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or a purchase made on this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Hampshire.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Your continued use of this site or placement of an order after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
